Camera-Ready artwork is a clean, clear image (picture or logo) of what you are looking to have printed. Simply stated, the quality of the artwork directly affects the quality of the print. Poor quality artwork will invariably result in a poor quality print. Please only send JPG or JPEG files. 

The image resolution should be at least 1024 x 768 for 2.5 inch, 3 inch, and Business Card prints, and 1600 x 1200 for all other prints.The higher the resolution, the better the print quality will be. This also applies to images you may be scanning. Scanned images should be scanned using 300 DPI or greater.   Average image file size to be uploaded should be greater than 1 megabyte but not larger than 5 megabytes.
JPG or JPEG - Joint Photographic Experts Group - (Pronounced Jay-Peg).  JPG is often used on digital camera memory cards. An image printed on an Edible Frosting Sheet is more a 'representation' of the image we are sent, than it is a laser or inkjet print.  After all, we are printing on frosting and not on plain paper or high-resolution glossy photo paper.
 
We are using food color and not ink formulated for photo prints. Basically this is the same food color you may have in your cupboard that you use to dye eggs or color your own frosting.  The main ingredient is an alcohol base with FDA approved coloring. As its base is alcohol, the colors dry very quickly and are lighter in tone than inkjet inks.
Also the Edible Print layer that your image is printed on is actually a frosting, (basically fondant) that has ingredients and moisture that interact with the inks. The more days that pass from the date the image is printed, the more the colors will tend to blend, transform, and/or fade.
